New Argenta CDC homes are all electric with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, nice backyards, energy efficient appliances including Energy Star dishwasher and range, laundry room, carpet and tile flooring.  Homes  built with green, allergy-and asthma-resistant materials and are well insulated and have enery conscience light and plumbing fixtures. Some have one car garages while others have parking pads. Maximum price of the homes is $124,740.


Homebuyer Credit
There are income restrictions for home purchase. For those who qualify, homebuyer credits are available and will cover a portion of down payment and closing costs.  Potential homebuyers must qualify for a prime first mortgage. Buyers do not have to be first-time homeowners and home must be used as primary residence.
