Brad's previous experience spans both the nonprofit and private sectors. He comes to Argenta CDC following over five years at Hot-Springs, Arkansas-based Munro & Company where he served as Director of Special Projects and Community Affairs. There he led company projects related to international sourcing, contract negotiation, public affairs and community outreach, and worked closely with Arkansas’s congressional delegation.

Brad has served as a consultant to Southern Bancorp in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, and was the Executive Director of Leadership, Education and Athletics in Partnership (LEAP) in New Haven, Connecticut. There he led over 45 full-time staff and 350 part-time college and high school student counselors serving over 1,300 children and families in five Connecticut cities. For his work with youth Brad was chosen by MTV, Youth Service America, Comcast Cable and the Department of Justice as one of five national “Heroes” for his efforts to prevent youth violence.

Brad is a graduate of Yale College where he received the President’s Public Service Fellowship and the President’s Community Service Award. He has earned graduate certificates at the London School of Economics and Political Science and the Walton School of Business at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. He serves as Chairman of the Board for Arkansas Advocates for Children and Families and Arkansas Coalition for Excellence (ACE), the state’s nonprofit association. He is also the Executive Director of the Munro Foundation.

Nancy has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She has more than 15 years experience in advertising, graphic arts, marketing and public relations. Nancy is primarily  responsible for accounts receivable and payable, human resources activities and serves as liaison to the organization's contract accounting.

Cathy has been with the organization for 12 years. She provides pre-purchase counseling and education services to homebuyers. Additionally, she manages all reporting and compliances for the homeownership center and serves as liaison to ADFA single family home program.

Katie has been with Argenta CDC since 2002. For the homeownership center, Katie is responsible for counseling long-term clients, financial fitness, youth and adults, and post-purchase counseling and business outreach.

Shanta has 15 years experience in marketing, public relations, advertising and non-profit fundraising. She is responsible for the development of CDC fundraising and marketing campaigns, grant-writing, and the design and production of marketing and outreach materials.

Brian is responsible for the real estate development and construction projects for the organization and is also the general contractor for Argenta Arkansas Construction. Brian has a background in traditional and "green" residential construction, home renovation and banking. He is a member of of the US Green Building Council. He is a graduate of the University if Arkansas at Conway.
