Individual Support

When you support Argenta CDC, you can be confident your donation will be used to help hardworking families and change neighborhoods for the better. Here is what your tax deductible contribution means

  • $25 provides homeownership counseling to a growing family
  • $30 provides financial literacy to a first time home buyer
  • $150 assists with counseling a home owner facing foreclosure
  • $250 can be a 3:1 match for an IDA participant
  • $750 can purchase an energy efficient stove and dishwasher
  • $1,000 can go towards the purchase of low-voc paints for our energy efficient homes

Land
Argenta CDC is always seeking additional land for construction or residential and the creation of commercial and mixed use properties.

Home
Full or partial house sponsorships allow us to buy the land and materials and pay labor needed to build our homes and keep them affordable.

Products
Businesses can help underwrite the costs of our energy-efficient homes by providing discounted or donated low-voc paints, brick, recycled carpet, Energy Star appliances and more.

Become a Volunteer

You or your group can make a difference in a community and in the life of an individual through your volunteer service at Argenta CDC. You can be an advocate for our residents by joining our speaker bureau, serve on a committee, and help plan special events or assist staff by providing professional development or administrative support.
